Capital Wine Festival at The Fairfax

Modeled after the prestigious Boston Wine Festival, the dinners, hosted by either the winemaker or proprietor, will showcase wines from California, Oregon and Italy. Building on the success of last year, founder Daniel Bruce has invited eight phenomenal wineries to participate. Dishes for each dinner will be created to complement the vintner's selections.
